I was in the right place at the right time when I attended the IRN networking tradeshow in August. We were meant to meet and you were meant to help another person out of insurance mayhem.

When I was diagnosed with Cancer in January I had no idea what my insurance would cover. My family is on a private policy that we thought would be a temporary situation. The private insurance company was not communicating with me or helping me to understand what my policy covered. The bills were pilling up and I was just trying to make it through surgery, chemo and now – radiation. You told me to take care of myself and you would take care of the insurance. Which you have! You have helped to lower my bills over 50% and actually eliminate several of them. Your understanding of the insurance industry and experience of working with doctor offices and hospitals has made all the difference. Your professionalism and positive attitude is just what I need during this difficult time. I’m not through with my cancer journey but I know I have you to help me get through the paperwork.
